we’re constantly working on new and experimental products. sometimes we’re able to release small batches of these products, usually available only at the distillery.
farmhouse blueberry liqueur – part of our farmhouse fruit liqueur series. our neighbors and friends at jester king make beautiful fruited wild ales. afterwards, the fruit that’s leftover has added layers of complexity from fermentation process, derived from both the fruit and their mixed cultures of yeast and bacteria. we take that fruit and use it to make a liqueur that has a completely unique flavor.
eris malus eau de vie – unaged apple brandy made from wild fermented and barrel aged cider from our neighbors and friends at argus cidery.
